The Booster Club is thrilled to announce that the fourth annual HSES golf tournament was a success!  The golf tournament was recently held Thursday, April 8th at Pine Forest Country Club.  We greatly appreciate our returning and new sponsors.  Thank you to, Rosemary Buckle, MD–Orthopaedic Associates L.L.P., Hanley Bros. Auto Specialists, ProSource Solutions, Inc., Kelly and Bryan Basham, New First National Bank, Parker School Uniforms, Staci and Paul Sorenson, Elaine and Mark Wertheimer, Friends of Holy Spirit, Mason Jar, Carrabba’s Italian Grill (I10), and Shipley’s Do-Nuts for supporting our school. 

It was a beautiful crisp day on the course.   The golfers enjoyed 18 holes of near perfect weather followed by a delicious barbecue lunch provided by The Pine Forest Country Club. During lunch the winners for the day were announced. The New First National Bank Team consisting of Chris Smith, Wayne Crawford, Ben Palomo, Mike Rouse were the big winners of the day.   Additional prizes were presented to: Judy Maynard for “Closest to the Pin,”   Jason Thrasher for the “Longest Drive,” and Booter Duffield for “Straightest Drive”.

A big thank you goes to our tournament co-coordinator, Tina Linton, and her crew of helpers; Sherry Petkas, Christy Lock, Tina Davis, Deborah Hatch, and Virginia Goble. A special thank you to the Pine Forest Country Club and their staff who helped coordinate a perfect day.
